Shell Doors
The shell doors of the FHS are custom-made products that are adapted to the respective ship. The design is based on the requirement of whether it is a passenger, crew or freight port.
The mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems are used for high-quality version yachts. Due to the precise manufacturing, all doors work very quietly and reliably within a temperature range of -30 to +60 degrees. The production of complex ship hulls adapts geometric shapes, convex or concave is possible.
Particularly noteworthy is the self-compensating sealing system developed by FHS, which ensures maximum reliability in the sealing area. The tool, which produces the actual seal, was specially adapted to the specifications of the FHS.
Highly resilient shell doors for forklift traffic have a very low weight due to their structural design. The docking of transition systems or gangways is easily possible. The energy supply can be done by either its own systems or by the ship.
